Journey Ten Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to equipping churches and organizations with the knowledge, resources, and strategies needed to offer compassionate care and support to individuals living with dementia and their caregivers.

Journey Ten Foundation was founded out of both passion and personal experience. Nicole’s grandfather was diagnosed with frontotemporal lobe dementia, and through his journey, she gained profound insight into the challenges faced by families living with dementia. As a healthcare professional with a master’s degree in speech-language pathology and the Vice President of Clinical Advancement, Nicole has also walked alongside many patients and families navigating dementia. Together with her husband, Josh, who pastors their church, they witnessed firsthand the desire of church communities to help, yet a lack of understanding of how to offer meaningful support. With the prevalence of dementia increasing each year, Nicole recognized that this issue will affect everyone and felt a deep calling to equip churches with the knowledge and tools to provide compassionate care and support to those on the dementia journey.

Journey Ten Foundation offers a range of programs designed to equip churches and their teams to support individuals living with dementia and their caregivers. These include on-site immersive experiences, group debrief sessions, personalized consultations, a compassionate ministry framework, and educational training opportunities.
